Enis Fikri Tokcan was one of Turkey's business innovators, an entrepreneur who understood the importance of participation in the global economy. A philosophy he gained through the hard and practical experience of instigating and running several very successful international businesses.
Enis Fikri Tokcan can justly lay claim to an important role in the first exciting years of the Turkish Republic, most significantly the Kurtalan railway communication project and the development of South-West Anatolia. His inspired association with Vehbi Koc conglomerate of companies created new links between Turkey and the world, a successful relationship which continues to this day.
Enis Fikri Tokcan effectively guided his business through the tragedy and pit falls of the Second World War, ever mindful of Turkey's interests and her future place in the world. He understood the need to maintain the momentum for development was of paramount importance. Moreover, the difficulties Turkey experienced in the 1970's, when importation restrictions were imposed, was a time when a clear head and focused vision were required, and again Enis Fikri Tokcan maintained a steady and optimistic approach.
Enis Fikri Tokcan had a natural appreciation of the wider business world and the advantages to be gained from actively engaging with it. He established close associations and friendships with an extensive and influential range of commercial and political leaders in Europe and the United States.
Enis Fikri Tokcan remains one of Turkey's unsung heroes and must be given clear recognition for his part in establishing Turkey's positive reputation in the international world of commerce and business. We remain eternally grateful and indebted to the prosperity, stability and reputation of the nation, and for this, he will always be remembered.

TETICO successfully represents a range of products from platform needs such as surface ships, submarines, airplanes and helicopters to needs on system basis like navigation, communication, missile, battery, command control and night vision systems.
The ongoing submarine project for the Turkish Navy is in the forefront of our success. In 35 years, fourteen 209 Class U-boats have been sold, alongside with after sales services supporting logistical requirements. The contract for six submarines for the New Type Submarine Program (NTSP) was signed in 2009. This latest project, upon its completion will bring TETICO to half a century of proven success in the defence industry. TETICO has also realized the sale of four MEKO 200 frigates, laser ring gyro, underwater communication equipment, diving simulators, sonars and various spare parts.
TETICO's involvement has supported the local industry though technology transfer and offset.
Civil aviation is a growing concern in terms of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircrafts for air ambulance, search and rescue, oil and gas as well as reconnaissance, surveillance and training missions. The management of these missions require outstanding knowledge and coordination as well as high quality in maintanance and operation.
TETICO has joined forces with PHI to create partnerships and fill the void with high quality operations in the aviation industry. The aviation industry is advancing in Turkey and TETICO aims to support this growth through the supply of know-how, training, maintenance capabilities, spare parts, equipment and aircrafts.

Located in the Adana province of Turkey, the 5 MW installed power hydroelectric power plant investment of TETICO was commissioned in 2009 . TETICO succesfully managed Sarıtepe HEPP until its sale to an energy investment firm in 2014.
